1.) How is an idea born? For you, what is inspiration?

Actually, I try not to have a specific idea in place; it often seems to lofty a goal and can sometimes become limiting. I prefer to play with the glass and experience a "happy accident" than have any kind of game plan that will leave me fretting about the outcome.…

1) When did you start painting?

As a teenager, I painted a bit with some of the neighborhood mom's. Then I didn't pick up a brush again until I was 32 when I took an adult education class. From the first day  I was hooked. I'd get up at 3am everyday and paint before work. I still paint almost every day.

Reflections, color, light, animals, nature  and happy people!
